| Description | Design, material, equipment, labor, traffic control, bypassing capabilities and other related work necessary for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) resin impregnated liner in existing deteriorated sanitary sewer mains and cleaning, and epoxy lining of seven (7), manhole structures as identified in this specification. Work shall include but not be limited to: * Phase 1 – * High pressure cleaning and closed circuit camera inspection of 1215 +/- linear feet (One Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Feet) of 18-inch (Eighteen) diameter asbestos cement pipe (“ACP”) sanitary sewer main between manhole structures W-510 to manhole W-514 on Rancocas Road in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey * Trimming protruding lateral connections to sewer mains * High pressure cleaning and closed circuit camera inspection of manhole structures W-510, W-511, W-512, W513 & to W-514 * High pressure cleaning and closed circuit camera inspection of 277 +/- linear feet (Two Hundred Seventy Seven Feet) of 14-inch (Fourteen) diameter asbestos cement pipe (“ACP”) sanitary sewer main which runs between manhole structures W-200 to manhole W-522 on Rancocas Road in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey * Trimming protruding lateral connections to sewer mains * High pressure cleaning and closed circuit camera inspection of manhole structures W-200 & W-522 * Phase 2 – * Medium and/or light pressure cleaning and installation of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) (resin-impregnated, flexible tube) M-Tube pipe-liner in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and ASTM F1216, Section 7 or ASTM F1743, Section 6a and include allowance for circumferential stretching during inversion in 1215 +/- linear feet (One Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen Feet) of 18-inch (Eighteen) diameter asbestos cement pipe (“ACP”) sanitary sewer main between manhole structures W-510 to manhole W-514 on Rancocas Road in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey * Reestablish three (3) sewer lateral connections and install a “Top Hat” for each * Medium and/or light pressure cleaning and rehabilitation of manhole structures W-510, W-511, W-512, W-513 & to W-514 through application of spray epoxy coating * Medium and/or light pressure cleaning and installation of Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) (resin-impregnated, flexible tube) M-Tube pipe-liner in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and ASTM F1216, Section 7 or ASTM F1743, Section 6a and include allowance for circumferential stretching during inversion in 277 +/- linear feet (Two Hundred Seventy Seven Feet) of 14-inch (Fourteen) diameter asbestos cement pipe (“ACP”) sanitary sewer main between manhole structures W-200 to manhole W-522 on Rancocas Road in Westampton Township, Burlington County, New Jersey * Reestablish five (5) sewer lateral connections and install a “Top Hat” for each * Medium and/or light pressure cleaning and rehabilitation of manhole structures W-200 & W-522 through application of spray epoxy coating | ||||
