Description	Provision of consultant services to assess and analyze current custodial operations and work in conjunction with our staff to implement a pilot program (see Section 3.1) to develop updated custodial services plans and benchmarks to establish best practices. The pilot program shall consist of two (2) zones. Such shall take into consideration and be based on resources HCPS has or is willing to designate for such services. The resulting work effort may include assessment and/or recommendations regarding a web-based custodial service management platform to include custodial care plans for each facility and tools to manage workload, develop, manage and execute a custodial inspection program as well include processes, procedures, and reporting capabilities.
