The successful party would be required to demo a specific area of the floor as well as furnish all tools, material, labor and supervision. Disposal of the current concrete will be the responsibility of the contractor. The deadline for questions is April 6, 2023 and the closing deadline is April 13 2023 th . Demo of the existing floor is to begin no later than May 8 th , 2023 1. Demo 36'x92' section of concrete floor. 2. Pour 5' concrete pad with #4 rebar one center each way. 3.
