South View High School Admin A/C Replacement

To remove and dispose of the existing air handlers and existing condensing unit. Contractor is to install new 10 heat pump condenser and matching air handler. The new unit will match existing unit voltage and phase. The contractor will install new programmable thermostats. The contractor will connect the new unit to existing duct. All duct joints and connections will be sealed with mastic. The contractor will install an outdoor thermostat to cut off the unit when its below 32 degrees outside. The contractor can flush existing refrigerant lines and reuse them or run new lines to unit. The contractor will install new disconnects at the condenser. Power wiring, and conduit from disconnect to unit shall be new. The contractor will remove all debris and trash from the work site. The contractor is responsible for all permits and inspections.
