RFP CM at Risk - Indoor Practice Facility

As of 10/20/2022, the owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. This project is to construct a new 90,000 SF multi-purpose indoor facility located to the south of Brooks Stadium. Program elements include a full sized synthetic turf athletic field with high ceilings, coaches towers, training room, video recording platforms, lighting and sound systems, restrooms and storage space. Anticipated Construction Cost : $ 11.6 million to $ 12 million *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
