Long Branch Maintenance Building and Comfort Station

Project Description: Project consists of the demolition and replacement of an existing maintenance building and an existing restroom building along with associated site and site utility work. The general scope of the site utility work is the construction of a new site electric service that will support three existing picnic shelters, the restroom building and the concessions building as well as the extension of an existing water service and sewer service to the new maintenance building.
