Description

DCAMM Certificate Required. Scope of Work: 1. Work in this section includes providing labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for a complete and safe installation in accordance with the Contract Documents and all applicable codes and authorities having jurisdiction. 2. Provide new air handling units, condensing units and all associated HVAC equipment and labor for the Library and Nurse spaces. 3. Provide structural support for condensing units. 4. Provide all associated circuit breakers, disconnect switches and associated conduit and wire associated with new air handling units and condensing units. 5. Disconnect and remove existing air handling units and associated equipment and electrical apparatus.
