| Description | The DFAC at Camp Williams requires routine maintenance and servicing to be performed on all types of commercial-grade kitchen equipment, including walk-in/reach-in refrigerators and freezers, ventilation hoods, and serving/cooking/sanitation equipment. This will allow the DFAC to operate smoothly and will limit the requirement for emergency repair of equipment. The DFAC also requires a mechanism to address emergency or unforeseen repairs of equipment. There are no known contract vehicles currently in place. |
