Upgrade Mechanical Systems - Butler Library

The work of this single bid project includes extending HVAC distribution from a 2020 library partial renovation to the remainder of the building by connecting to the existing mechanical equipment and providing new ductwork, VAVs, fin tube and controls. The project also includes installation of new lighting; opening and patching existing walls and construction of new soffits; and asbestos abatement. All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
