M J Lee Lake Area Parking and Soccer Field Additions Last day for questions will be Tuesday, August 9th, 2022 and last day for issuing an addendum will be Wednesday, Aug 10th, 2022. Questions should be submitted in writing to skcharles@cityofbartlesville.org. Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, and expenses necessary to construct the project as called for in the plans and specifications on file in the Engineering Department, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003, (918) 338- 4251. Major work on project consists of 28-space parking lot, 92-space parking lot, connecting drive, and soccer field: 1417 Tons Asphaltic Concrete, Superpave Type S3 (PG 64-22 OK) 709 Tons Asphaltic Concrete, Superpave Type S4 (PG 64-22 OK) 2610 LF Combined Concrete Curb & Gutter (6" Barrier) 28,600 SY Solid Slab Sodding Proposals shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid guarantee. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bids must be made on the required Bid form and Bidder shall be a record plan holder with the City. Owner reserves right to waive any informality or to re- ject any or all Bids and select the lowest and best bid. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) before the time set for receiving bids as well as bids received after the time set for receipt of bids will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
