20th Street Apartments

Plans call to raze the existing principal dwelling unit, and to construct three new apartment houses with a total of 30 units. Addresses include 2400-2402 20th Street, NE and 1914 Bryant Street, NE. A building permit was issued on December 18, 2023 for a new detached 10-unit apartment house, 3-levels plus cellar. As of February 14, 2024, there haven't been any inspections yet. This project went before the District of Columbia Board of Zoning Adjustment on December 15, 2021. An architect has already been selected but information regarding a general contractor has not been released. A firm construction timeline has not been established.
