Description

The ESCO selected through the RFQ and RFP processes shall provide the District with a comprehensive energy and water services program including but not limited to the following: 1. A complete energy and water audit of the District’s selected facilities as determined by negotiation with the selected ESCO. The audit shall include but not be limited to lighting and lighting controls, water conservation, HVAC equipment and controls, energy management systems and controls, and building envelope improvements. 2. The design, acquisition, and installation of energy efficient equipment and systems. 3. The monitoring of energy/utility usage and costs on an annual basis.
