Description

The project includes major renovation including, but not limited to bathrooms, interior walls, ceilings, flooring, and hardware, as well as lighting, electrical, and HVAC. Construction to consist of ceiling, brick veneer masonry walls, HVAC system, roofing, and interior finishes. Renovation will include demolition of existing overhead door, equipment and related support foundations from prior facility uses. Lights will be upgraded to LED ballasts.
