Description

The overall purpose of the project is to provide the City of Daphne an additional parking lot for the City Hall building in an adjacent lot to the north located on Belrose Avenue. The new parking lot shall be constructed of approximately 950 sy of full depth asphalt in the drivable areas, while the parking stall areas shall be constructed of approximately 619 sy of permeable brick pavers. Included in the project scope, is the installation of concrete sidewalk connecting the existing parking lot to the new parking lot as well as sidewalk along Belrose Avenue. Also included in the scope, is the installation of curbing, storm drainage pipe, storm drainage structures, landscaping and irrigation.
