The Project work includes but not limited to: 1.Remove and replace ten (10) exhaust fans. 2. Remove and replace flexible inlet connection. 3. Install new waterproof receptacles. 3. Disconnect/reconnect BAS. 4. Coordinate efforts and assist with third party commissioning agent. 5. TAB services. 6. Contractor is responsible for the disposal of all equipment, material and waste. 7. Permit/Inspection from the State of Colorado Electrical Board; pass inspection(s) noted on the Compliance Notice; completion of Building Inspection Record.
