| Description | The Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, all work shown and listed in the Project Documents and Specifications. The Contractor is required to provide a complete job as contemplated by the documents and specifications, which are a part of this bid package. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, power, tools, equipment, supplies, permits and any other means of construction necessary or proper for performing and completing the Scope of Work. Gato Building Roof: Replace existing roof, as explained in the Project Documents and Specifications. This is a Historic building and all efforts in replacing this roof must follow the design specifications, which comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation and coordination with obtained approvals from the State of Florida Division of Historical Resources, City of Key West and the Key West Historic Architectural Review Commission (HARC). | ||
