| Description | 160,964 square feet of existing roof to be replaced at Riverside High School; the work will take place over two phases. Phase I is to be completed from June 9, 2020 through October 9, 2020. Phase I consists of existing Spray Applied Roof Systems and a Plaza Deck; Roof Areas F, N, O, P, Q, R (Plaza Deck), S, & T. Also included in Phase I; the repair of 24 clerestory windows above roof areas P and S. Phase II to be completed in June- October of 2021 include the existing Spray Applied Roof Systems of Roof Areas A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, & U. The new roof system will be a 2-ply modified roof over a cover board; flat and tapered polyISO insulation; and vapor barrier. Plaza deck will have a liquid-applied roof system below concrete pavers. Please note; the existing roof decks are concrete and metal. |
