Vernon Place RACP Infrastructure Improvements

The contract covers the repair of an existing deteriorated roadway including milling and paving, pavement markings, and roadway signage, two existing water well abandonments, construction of concrete curbs and sidewalk, construction of stormwater collection and conveyance along the roadway including catch basins, piping, and connection to existing system, construction of lighting along the roadway including fixtures, bases, conduit, and wiring, two waterline taps/connections to existing system, construction of an 8" waterline along the roadway and two water meter enclosures, including piping, fittings, valves, etc., and a fire hydrant assembly, construction of a stormwater wet pond/retention basin including discharge piping, and improvements to the interior intersection where the roadway enters existing parking area within Vernon Place
