Description | Project includes 4' ID diameter concrete manhole rehabilitation or construction of new manholes (standard and extra depth) as well as manhole connections to existing sanitary sewer pipeline. Project also includes removal and reconstruction of approximately 180 linear feet of 6' wood fences and approximately 80 linear feet of 4' chain link fence. The project takes place along the sanitary sewer pipeline located just south and east of Broken Arrow High School and goes east to N. 23rd Street (County Line Road) in Broken Arrow, OK. Work includes excavation, construction of manholes with connections, and other utility construction activities. Construction time will be 150 calendar days. FOR THIS PROJECT, BIDS WILL ONLY BE RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED VIA THE ONLINE ELECTRONIC BID SERVICE. All required affidavits and Proposal Guarantees MUST be submitted through online. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to BAMA. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by BAMA in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by BAMA. BAMA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bid or lowest combined base and additive alternate bids, if any, which is most advantageous to BAMA. Applicable additive alternates, if any, will be determined at BAMA's discretion. The lowest responsible Bidder will be notified within ten (10) working days of the Bid opening as to when this Public Construction Contract will be placed on the BAMA Agenda for consideration |
