Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for 2021 Gateway East Garage Repairs

The Scope of Services is to provide full design services, beginning with site investigation, through construction documents, permitting, construction, and closeout. This five-level, cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking facility was originally constructed in the 1990’s as part of the gateway complex. It is owned by the City of Cleveland. Various structural and architectural repairs have been made to the facility over the years. In 2020, the City conducted a facility structural assessment of the parking garage, which is attached here as Exhibit H. This project is intended to execute the repairs recommended in the facility assessment.
