Description

A new pre-engineered metal building shall be constructed to house Cecil Colleges Facility Maintenance Group. This building will generally consists of office spaces, storage and a repair shop. The building shall be constructed to meet U.S. Green Buildings Councils requirements for LEED Silver Certifications. The new building will be fully sprinklered. Emergency egress will be provided on south, west and north sides of the building.
