Project scope includes but is not limited to Sitework, Asphalt Pavement, Concrete, Masonry, General Trades, Metal Stud and Drywall, Painting, Mechanical, Electrical and Low Voltage, and Commissioning. All work for the complete construction of the Project will be under one Prime Contract with the Owner on bids received and on combinations awarded. The Construction Manager will manage the construction of the Project. Construction is expected to start June 1, 2023.
