Orange County Courthouse Fire Pump Replacement

If awarded this construction contract, the Respondent agrees to complete the work covered by this Contract as follows: A. Work shall start at the project site within fourteen (14) days of the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. B. Substantially complete in one hundred and eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed. C. Final completion in two hundred and seventy (270) consecutive calendar days from date of Official Notice to Proceed. Submittal of a bid bond less than 10% of the total estimated contract amount for base period, shall result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
