ILDOT - 158 - Replacement of 3 Culverts on Il 3 Project Description The project consists of the replacement of a double barrel reinforced concrete box culvert (existing SN 039-2014) located at IL-3 over Drainage Ditch in Jackson County, Illinois. The general location of the proposed structure is shown on a Location Map, Exhibit A. The project is located approximately 2.8 miles northwest of IL-151 in Rockwood, Illinois. The site lies within the limits of the Third Principal Meridian (T. 8S R. 4W) within the Shawnee Hills Section of the Interior Low Plateaus Province.
