Refinishing Gym Floor - Mack Gaston Community Center, Dalton Parks And Recreation

Two Hardwood Gym Floors. Both gyms are required to be done simultaneously completed and ready to open in 7-10 working days. Gyms will be available to begin work April 5, 2020 The entire gym floor, except the area under the bleachers when in the fully closed position, is to be screened and cleaned. Winning bidder is responsible for clean-up and disposal of trash associated with project. A dumpster is located on the backside of the gym. Three (3) coats of "Bona All Court" polyurethane oil base high gloss finish. Price to include removal of any gum, tape or tape residue. Re-paint all court lines only as needed. Extra caution is to taken on center court logo. This will require light hand sanding over logo. Bidders are responsible for measuring exact square footage. A site visit is encouraged.
