Description

Includes replacing three existing packaged roof top HVAC units that have reached the end of their useful service life. Replacement units are designed to be a replacement-in-kind with as similar capacity, performance and configuration as possible with replacement equipment while extending the overall life of the existing related HVAC systems. Replacement units shall be same manufacturer and model as existing and shall be installed on existing curbs to minimize roofing disturbance. Units are owner purchased contractor installed.
