Landscape Maintenance Services - City Fund Propertties

Question Deadline 07/18/2023 at 2:00 PM PT Question Deadline 07/18/2023 at 2:00 PM PT The work done under these specifications shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the provision of landscape maintenance services as specified herein and as described in Attachment 1 (City Fund Property Scope of Services), Attachment 3 (City Fund Property Service Levels), and Attachment 4 (City Fund Property Maintenance Type Summary) and within the boundaries of the landscape areas as identified and shown on Attachment 2 (City Fund Property Locations).The anticipated length of the agreement is up to three years with two optional one-year extensions, unless sooner terminated by the City The City reserves the right to accept, reject, modify or cancel in whole or in part, this Request for Proposals. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, negotiate modifications to proposals that it deems acceptable, to request and consider additional information from any proposer, and to waive irregularities and technical defects in the proposal process, all in its sole discretion.
