2023 Pultney Township Paving Project

The Trustees reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidder must be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the types of work associated with the Pultney Township 2023 Paving Project in the amount at least equal to the bid at the time of the bid. Bidder also must furnish with the bidy a copy of current Ohio Department of Transportation Prequalification proving such. The bidder is disqualified if failure to do so. Township roads to be paved: Jeff Lane T1563 1200x16 +/- Sheryl Ave T1622 1300x16 +/- Dana Ave T1530 275x16 +/- Old Winding Hill T224 850x16 +/- The four roads shall be paid as one project. Bids will include all labor, materials, and equipment. The project roads are located off or near Co Rd 44 (Winding Hill Rd.), 1 Mile south of SR 147 (West 23rd St.) The project will consist of at least a tack coat, 2 base coat with 1 1/2 top-coat, rolled in place. Paving should include: Clean road and prepare for paving. Notch in at the start and stop points. Seal edges at the start and stop points. Milling shall be done at existing concrete driveways that adjoin said roads. Jeff Lane will require milling of approximately 4 inches. Equipment and Labor are to be furnished by the Bidder to complete the job.
