| Description | The Humphrey Hall roof has deteriorated requiring numerous repairs that only temporarily address continued water leak issues. This project will replace existing roof and associated flashings at Humphrey Hall as well as improving roof safety by incorporating a horizonal lifeline system to the roof deck for fall protection. Three roofs total – main roof (approx. 4,000 SF) and two canopies (approx. 60 SF each). System choice is 60 mil, fully adhered EPDM with tapered rigid insulation boards. |
