Remove Waste Oil Burner Systems

Remove Waste Oil Burner System 1639: - See attached drawing for information on boiler. - Remove Clean Burn Model CB1800. - Remove all associated piping and electrical. - End electrical at junction box. - Remove outside vent pipe and fill hole with waterproof sealant. - Remove all hangers and sensors associated with waster oil burner. - Remove 250 gal AST from building and properly dispose of. - Remove and properly dispose 55 gallon drum and spill container. - Excavate and dispose of properly 4500 Waste oil Regulatory tank and piping. - Backfill the hole to grade. - Replace asphalt where tank was. - Provide written documentation of removal. - Remove stack pipes and repair pan in roof with weatherproof and waterproof material. - Contractor must forward Hanscom AFB Contractor Environmental Guide - Remove Waste Oil System in building 1642. - See attached drawing. - Remove 2 Clean Burn Model 2800. - Remove all electrical at junction box. - Remove all conduit. - Remove all associated piping and sensors. - Repair roof and pan to be watertight and weatherproof. - Remove all hangers and sensors. - Excavate and remove 2500 Waste Oil Tank located in lot. - Fill in excavated hole to grade level. - Asphalt over excavated area to match existing. - Remove 2 500 gal AST in building. - Remove 2 spill containers and dispose of properly off base. - See attached Hanscom AFB Contractor Environmental Guide. - Dig Safe is required for this project.
