Description

The contractor shall provide proven tools and technologies to determine the condition of sewers. Advanced, innovative pipe condition assessment technologies and multi-sensor platforms are acceptable for consideration. The tools and technologies shall identify defects, determine their level of severity, and assess the potential likelihood of failure. Inspection and assessment of the assets shall be performed by trained and experienced operators. The contractor shall perform condition assessment of the following assets: Interceptors, Trunk sewers, Siphons, Force mains. The assessment shall also include all points of access (i.e. manholes hatches, chambers, etc.) and diversion structures. The asset inspection inventory is a comprehensive list of assets for inspection, with the target goal for inspection under this contract is 30-40miles for the duration of the contract, with a goal of 10-11miles of completed inspection per fiscal year.
