Lakeshore Campus and Southlake Campus Monument Signs

It is the intent of the College of Lake County (CLC) to rebid and enter into an Agreement for the purchase & installation of monument signage as specified in this document for the Lakeshore Campus (LSC), located at 33 N Genesee St, Waukegan, Illinois and Southlake Campus (SLC) located at 1120 S Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills, Illinois. Should the bidder require additional information about this bid, please submit questions via email to: bids@clcillinois.edu. Questions are required no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on June 20, 2022. All responses will be posted on the College website by 4:00 P.M. CST on June 21, 2022. Award shall be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder who best meets the specifications and requirements as identified herein, including financial capacity to perform, experience and qualifications performing similar work, and scheduling based upon the criteria specified herein. Award is based upon the base bid. The college reserves the right to award alternates based on the best interest of the college. The College will award in the best interest of the College and will be the sole determiner of what is in its best interest.
