Description

The Wave Pool Mechanical Room Cooling for Central Recreation Center project consists of the following: 1. Furnish, installation, and start-up (1) Mitsubishi PKA-A36 Split System (with T-stat & condensate pump) or equivalent, for the wave pool mechanical room at Central Recreation Center. 2. Route condensate line to nearest floor drain as indicated on mechanical drawing. 3. Contractor shall provide all core drilling, demo, conduit, wiring, connections and all other necessary work to complete project. 4. Ground Penetrating Radar or X-Ray shall be required prior to any core drilling. 5. All work shall be in conformance with the attached plans and specifications..
