As of October 19, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been established as the project is awaiting city council approval. Custom BT Total Base Bid A - W-Industries - $7,001,270.60 Total Base Bid B - W-Industries - $6,972,496.10 The City of Keller, Texas (Owner) extends this Request For Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFP) to solicit a response to the RFP (Proposal) from any interested party (Offeror) for the construction of the Johnson Road Reconstruction Project. This Project consists of: 1. 13,323 SY of Concrete Pavement 2. 4,502 LF of Storm Drain Pipe and Concrete Box 3. 3,676 LF of 12" and 16" PVC Water Pipe by Open Cut The estimate Project complete date is March 1st, 2024 Direct questions regarding distribution of Contract Documents, design, and the RFP for this Project to Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., 5237 N. Riverside Drive, Suite 100, Fort Worth, TX 76137. Contact Zach Graves at 817-665-7185 Offerors must submit an acceptable Bid Bond with their Proposal as a guarantee that the Offeror will enter into the Contract for the Project with the Owner within 15 days of Notice of Award of the Contract. The Bid Bond must be payable to City of Keller in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price. Offeror must execute the Contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents.
