DPS Seguin Parking Lot

Scope of Work: 1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Stabilize and overlay of parking area and driveways with Type D Hot Mix asphalt at a target thickness of 1.5 inch. 3. Repair any damaged areas of asphalt. 4. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing concrete ramp area. 5. Paint curbs for fire lanes and provide directional markings. 6. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 7. Repair any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 8. Replacement of existing damaged car stops. 9. Restripe total parking areas. 9. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
