Description

The work for which bids are asked includes, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the PROJECT at Dodge Cty - Air-Cooled Chiller Replacement located at 127 East Oak Street, Juneau, 53039 respectively The bid will include removal and replacement of one air-cooled chiller and removal of two air cooled condensing units at the Dodge County Administration Building. In addition, the mechanical contractor shall remove and replace the existing impeller, seals and gaskets associated with the prima-y chilled water pump. All work will be issued under a single prime contract for general construction.
