SRF Sewer Rehabilitation, Phase 1A

The Project involves rehabilitation of a portion of the City of Macclenny`s wastewater collection system. Work includes the following: removal of approximately 6,300 LF of 4" through 10" PVC, VCP, and ACP gravity sewer pipe; grouting of approximately 1,800 LF of 6" and 8" gravity sewer pipe; removing 50 existing brick and precast manholes; installing approximately 7,300 LF of 8" and 10" PVC gravity sewer; 60 new precast manholes; removal and replacement of 150 sanitary sewer services totaling 3,800 LF of pipe; 24,200 LF of CIPP ranging from 6" to 15" diameter; pipe bursting 330 LF of 6" and 8" pipe; chain cutting 6,250 LF of 6" to 15" gravity sewer; 1,700 LF of chemical root treatment; rehabilitating approximately 125 manholes including lining and new frames and covers; cleaning and televising approximately 2,300 LF of existing gravity sewer pipe; and associated restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
