Wolf Avenue Improvements

Wolf Avenue Improvements Project, Contract 2022-417 The work covered by the plans and specifications includes furnishing all labor, equipment and the noted material for 8 watermain replacement, sanitary and storm sewer repairs, catch basin replacement, sidewalk replacement, pavement planing, partial depth pavement repairs, concrete base repairs, concrete curbing, asphalt resurfacing, pavement fabric, asphalt, drive aprons, and pavement markings including all appurtenances. The engineer's estimate for the proposed improvements: Base Bid: $2,150,000. The City of Wadsworth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities therein. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof except as provided in section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code
