Facilities Scheduling System

The district is in search of Facilities Scheduling System where spaces within our district (gyms, auditoriums, classrooms, etc.) can be scheduled for internal and community use. Fees are established by type of group using the facility. Rates are currently categorized as internal with no fee, organized youth activity organization with direct costs only, not-for-profit with direct costs only and commercial use for a standard fee. Internal and community requests must be online with a workflow for approval dependent on location and type of group using the facility. Communication about requested facility reservation must be automated, preferably with the ability to send text messages for time sensitive content such as a schedule change. A dashboard view must be available for sites to monitor events for the day
