Description

The project entails the removal and replacement of sections of existing concrete path within Coyote Gulch Park in Lakewood, Colorado. Existing concrete was installed at 4” depth. Replacement is being increased to 6” depth. The project scope includes demolition and removal of identified path and flatwork to be replaced, replacing concrete path, replacing concrete flatwork, earthwork and grading, subgrade prep, and compaction. There are two separate bid items with the work required identical in each item. The estimated linear feet in need of replacement is 1,630’ of 8’ wide sidewalk.
