Evara Health, formerly Community Health Centers of Pinellas a leading health care provider with 13 health centers in Pinellas County is soliciting bids/proposals from Architect/Engineer (A & E) firms to plan and design health a center renovation and expansion. Evara Health is planning to renovate the suite on the 1st floor of ~5,000 square feet and construct a new second floor of ~10,000 square feet at 14100 58TH ST N Clearwater, FL 33760. This will provide access to Behavioral Health services including a segregated entrance, lobby area and treatment offices on the first floor. On the second floor a clinical training room and access to pediatric and adult Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, and Optometry services are planned.
