Winter Sanding - As Needed

Winter Sand-As Needed in accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions. The City of Dover, New Hampshire is seeking qualified vendors to provide approximately 2,000 Cubic Yards of Winter Sand, delivered or Picked Up, as needed. General information is as follows. Submitted Rates will hold for one year beginning 10/1/2022 and will be negotiated for the optional two year extensions. Rate increases IF ANY for year two and three will not exceed the Consumer Price Index (Boston). Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (k.cragin@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date and time. Any changes to the Request for Proposals will be provided to all Proposers of record. The vendor is to guarantee pricing for a one (1) year period of time beginning at time of Notice of Award, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms at as mutually agreed upon. Materials are to be priced out for both loaded onto City trucks at your pit location and/or delivered to a City-designated storage area.
