| Description | Purchase of (1) steel, 120 cubic yd (minimum capacity), open-top, live floor, waste transfer semi-trailer. The material to be hauled in the trailer will be non-hazardous, non-liquid, garbage or refuse resulting from a municipal, commercial or industrial waste source and will be loaded into the trailer from above, via wheeled front-end loader. Each trailer will be hauled multiple times per day from the Waste to Energy facility located in the City of Grand Rapids, MI to the South Kent Landfill located in Byron Center, MI or the Central Sanitary Landfill located in Pierson, MI. The maximum one-way travel distance is less than 30 miles over “all season” rated roadways |
