For Design Services for the University of Northern Colorado 11th Ave. West Parking and Site Improvements. The design scope will consist primarily of civil engineering, but may also include; architectural, electrical, landscape, and possibly structural. Design activities will consist of the following: • New 150 space Parking Lot west of 11th Ave between 20th and 22nd Streets. • Access road to parking lot from adjacent parking lots and drive lanes. • Stormwater Management systems to comply with City of Greeley Standards. • New site lighting for new parking area • Upgraded lighting for adjacent spaces including around the University Center • Pedestrian hardscape of adjacent areas • Landscape of adjacent areas including irrigation and landscape modification around the University Center • Facade improvements to existing pedestrian tunnel. • Development of design to code compliant bidding documents for use in a hard bid. • Provide cost estimate for use with State Form “Authorization to Bid”
