The contractor shall provide all management supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to satisfactorily patch, prime and paint designated areas of the: - 10th floor West corridor elevator window soffit. Paint color must be building standard color. - 10th floor NE and SW ceiling/roof landings. Paint color must be building standard color. - Interior walls outside of women’s washrooms 4th thru 10th floor. Paint color must be building standard color. 3rd floor/Office of the Inspector General conference room and outside wall. Paint color must be building standard color. - 1st floor Camera room wall. Paint color must be building standard color. - 1st floor Conference Room #3 ceiling and soffit. Paint color must match existing paint. - Lower Level East Housekeeping washroom shower ceiling. Paint color must match existing paint. - Lower Level East Old security office. Paint color must be building standard color. - Lower Level West vending area. Paint color must be building standard color. - Garage/Dock 2 handrails. Paint color must match existing paint. - Main Entrance exterior ceiling. Paint color must match existing paint. - Mailroom corridor metal wall. Paint color must match existing paint. - Equipment Pads (2nd floor Mechanical). Paint color must match existing paint. - Hallway and Floor convector covers on Floors 3 thru 10. Paint color must match existing paint. - All columns on floors 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Paint color must be building standard color.
