Description 3 inch mill and overlay of the outer 45 feet of the runway from Taxiway C3 to Taxiway A. A 4 inch mill and overlay will be the full width of the runway from Taxiway A to Taxiway C12. Connector taxiways to the runway will also be a 4 inch mill and overlay with the exception of C-10 and C-11, which will require a 6 inch mill and overlay. In addition to the milling and paving, this scope includes an upgrade to the Airfield Guidance Signs and the Demolition of Taxiway C7.
