Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

Include but are not limited to, storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorms, floods, fires, and/or manmade disaster(s), such as civil unrest and terrorist attacks. The Proposer shall observe and document (monitor) the day-to- day operations performed by debris removal vendors under contract with the City, to ensure that workers are performing eligible work in accordance with FEMA and all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. The Proposer shall work with the City and its debris hauling contractors to ensure an immediate, rapid and efficient response associated with clearing, removal, processing, hauling and disposal of disaster generated debris.
