Sunny Brae Basin Rehabilitation

Work includes but is not limited to survey stake-out, removal of large existing trees and vegetation, removal and replacement of deteriorated storm sewer pipe and structures, establishment of temporary equipment and material staging areas, installation of temporary construction fence, installation of temporary and permanent storm sewer bypass piping, installation of temporary dewatering pits, pumps and coffer dams, removal and disposal of existing basin berm material, import and installation of new basin berm cutoff trench and clay core, bulk earthwork, soil compaction testing, installation of erosion and sedimentation controls, installation of basin outfall control structure and outfall pipe, installation of modified concrete end walls, installation of basin forebay, drainage swales, 8-inch underdrain, and wetland channel and pockets, installation of wet-tolerant seed and landscape plantings, finish grading, seeding and stabilization, replacement of stockade and shadow box fence, installation of post and rail fence with wire mesh and access gates and preparation of survey as-built plan of completed work.
