Architects or Engineering Services South Campus Villages Housing

The design firm will familiarize themselves with the Elliott, Craighead and Sisson housing units on South Campus as well as the land available in that vicinity for new housing potential. The firm will have several meetings with UM Housing administrators and Facilities staff to understand the requirements of this Study and prepare economic feasibility analysis of various design options considered and discussed with Housing administrators and UM Facilities staff. A charette with Housing staff and UM resident students could also be considered to gain further information on needs and desires for housing options.
