The ceiling of this IDIQ contract is $20,000,000.00. D. The minimum order guarantee on this contract is $2,500.00. No individual Task Order will exceed $250,000.00. E. Bidders must contact the POC listed above at least two days prior to the site visit to request Hanscom AFB access through the Visitors Center at the Sartain Gate (Vandenberg Gate). All personnel must provide a valid drivers license (or other valid photo ID), proof of auto insurance, and vehicle registration. H. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the scheduled site visit. I. Please pay particular attention to Section L. J. This RFP is issued IAW FAR Clause 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS, Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. k.
